The invention discloses a split type electro-hydraulic braking system which comprises a first liquid storage tank, a manual cylinder, a brake pedal, an ABS/ESC electromagnetic valve, a second liquid storage tank, an electro-hydraulic braking device, a main cylinder and a brake. A first oil inlet in the manual cylinder is communicated with the first liquid storage tank, an oil outlet in the manual cylinder is communicated with the ABS/ESC electromagnetic valve, and the ABS/ESC electromagnetic valve is communicated with a wheel cylinder of the brake through a hydraulic pipeline; the electro-hydraulic braking device is connected with the main cylinder, and an oil outlet in the main cylinder is communicated with a second oil inlet formed in the manual cylinder through a hydraulic pipeline; a lever, a first piston, a piston ejector rod and a second piston are arranged in the manual cylinder, and an idle stroke is arranged between the piston ejector rod and the second piston. According to the brake control method of the split type electro-hydraulic brake system, the modes of autonomous brake, brake-by-wire brake, power-assisted brake, failure backup manual brake and the like can be achieved, and the advantages of being small in axial installation space, higher in output brake pressure and higher in brake energy recovery efficiency are achieved.

    本发明公开了一种分体式电液制动系统,包括第一储液罐、人力缸、制动踏板、ABS/ESC电磁阀、第二储液罐、电液制动装置、主缸、和制动器。其中人力缸上的第一进油口与第一储液罐连通,人力缸上的出油口与ABS/ESC电磁阀连通,ABS/ESC电磁阀通过液压管路与制动器的轮缸连通;电液制动装置与主缸连接,主缸上的出油口通过液压管路与人力缸上设置的第二进油口连通;人力缸内设置杠杆、第一活塞、活塞顶杆及第二活塞,活塞顶杆与第二活塞之间设置空行程。本发明分体式电液制动系统的制动控制方法可实现自主制动、线控制动、助力制动、失效备份人力制动等模式,具有轴向安装空间小,输出制动压力更高,制动能量回收效率更高的优点。
