The invention discloses a split type full-decoupling vehicle electronic hydraulic braking system and method with a redundancy function. A brake executing mechanism is divided into a pedal module, a pressurization module and a backup module, the pedal module is directly connected with a brake pedal and connected with the pressurization module through an oil pipe, the pressurization module is connected with the backup module through an oil pipe, the pressurization module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with a brake wheel cylinder, and the backup module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with the brake wheel cylinder. And the three sub-blocks are respectively independent and are connected through oil pipes. All functions of brake-by-wire can be achieved, emergency mechanical braking can be achieved, the size is small, the structure is simple, cost is low, installation is convenient, noise and vibration brought by the motor and the booster pump cannot be transmitted to the pedal, and comfort is better.
