The invention discloses an integrated full-decoupling vehicle electronic hydraulic braking system with a redundancy function. A brake executing mechanism is divided into an electronic hydraulic brake system module and a backup module, the electronic hydraulic brake system module is directly connected with a brake pedal, the electronic hydraulic brake system module is connected with the backup module through an oil pipe, and the electronic hydraulic brake system module is provided with two oil pipes which are communicated with a brake wheel cylinder. The backup module is provided with two oil pipes communicated with a brake wheel cylinder, and the two sub-blocks are independent and connected through the oil pipes. All functions of brake-by-wire can be achieved, emergency mechanical braking can be achieved, the size is small, the structure is simple, cost is low, installation is convenient, noise and vibration brought by the motor and the ball screw cannot be transmitted to the pedal, and comfort is better.

    本发明公开了一种一体式的全解耦带冗余功能的车辆电子液压制动系统。将制动执行机构分为电子液压制动系统模块、备份模块,电子液压制动系统模块直接与制动踏板连接,电子液压制动系统模块通过油管与备份模块连接,电子液压制动系统模块存在两路油管与制动轮缸连通,备份模块存在两路油管与制动轮缸连通,两个分块分别独立,之间通过油管连接。本发明能够实现线控制动所有功能,能够实现应急机械制动,体积小、结构简单,成本低,安装方便,电机和滚珠丝杠带来的噪音和振动不会传递到踏板上,舒适性更好。
