The manual braking device of the tower crane hoisting mechanism comprises a fixing base, a braking shaft and a clamping plate, the fixing base is arranged on a base of the tower crane hoisting mechanism, the braking shaft is inserted into the fixing base, the clamping plate is arranged on the side wall of a winding drum of the tower crane hoisting mechanism, a clamping groove is formed in one side of the clamping plate, and the braking shaft is inserted into the clamping groove. One end of the brake shaft penetrates through the fixed seat and is inserted into the clamping groove; the brake shaft is integrated on a hoisting mechanism body, normal work is not affected when the brake shaft is pulled out and fixed through the fixing plug pin at ordinary times, when a motor needs to be overhauled and disassembled, the brake shaft clamps the clamping plate of the winding drum in a manual insertion mode and is fixed through the fixing plug pin, and the mechanism winding drum is effectively and reliably braked; the manual braking device is simple in structure, does not need an additional power system, is low in cost, is visual in use method, can conveniently brake the winding drum, prevents the steel wire rope from being damaged, and improves the convenience and safety when the tower crane is maintained.

    本发明提供的一种塔机起升机构的手动制动装置,包括固定座、制动轴与卡板,固定座设置在塔机起升机构的底座上,制动轴插装在固定座的内部,卡板设置在塔机起升机构卷筒的侧壁上,卡板的一侧上设置有卡槽,制动轴的一端贯穿固定座插装在卡槽的内部;本发明集成于起升机构本体,平常制动轴抽出并使用固定插销固定不影响正常工作,需要检修拆卸电机时,通过手动插入方式使制动轴卡住卷筒的卡板,并使用固定插销固定,有效可靠地使机构卷筒制动住,检修完亦可方便复原使机构快速投入使用,这种手动制动装置结构简单,不需要投入额外的动力系统,成本低,使用方法直观,能方便地使卷筒制动,又避免钢丝绳损伤,提高塔机维修时的便利性和安全性。
