The invention provides a helicopter main rotor cone and dynamic balance measuring device which comprises a shell, a light shield component is arranged on a top opening of the shell, a plane mirror component is arranged at the top of an inner cavity of the shell, and a convex lens component is arranged below the plane mirror component; the control system comprises a control module and a processing module, and the control module comprises a photosensitive function sub-module and a signal conversion function sub-module; the photosensitive function sub-module is used for collecting helicopter rotor track light signals sequentially passing through the light shield component, the plane mirror component and the convex lens component; the signal conversion function sub-module is used for processing and converting the light signal into a rotor track pulse voltage signal; and the processing module is used for acquiring the voltage signal, obtaining time data corresponding to the voltage signal, and calculating the flapping height of the rotor blade through the time data so as to measure the main rotor cone and the dynamic balance of the helicopter. The method is easy to implement, can effectively improve the measurement result precision, and saves the measurement time.

    本发明提供一种直升机主旋翼锥体和动平衡测量装置,包括:壳体,所述壳体的顶部开口上设置遮光罩部件,壳体的内腔顶部位置上设置平面镜部件,其下方设置凸透镜部件;控制系统,包括控制模块和处理模块,控制模块包括感光功能子模块和信号转换功能子模块;所述感光功能子模块用于采集依次经过遮光罩部件、平面镜部件和凸透镜部件的直升机旋翼轨迹光线信号;信号转换功能子模块用于将该光线信号处理转换为旋翼轨迹脉冲电压信号;所述处理模块用于获取该电压信号,并得到该电压信号对应的时间数据,通过所述时间数据计算得到旋翼桨叶的挥舞高度,实现对直升机主旋翼锥体和动平衡的测量。本发明易实施,可有效提高测量结果精度,节省测量时间。
