The invention discloses a rotor cone and dynamic balance measuring device, a measuring instrument and a measuring method thereof, the device is connected with a stroboscope and comprises a data receiving module, a data processing module, a stroboscopic driving module and a debugging module, and the data receiving module receives sensing signals; the data processing module calculates rotor cone data and dynamic balance data according to the sensing signal, and calculates and outputs a driving signal for driving the stroboscope to work; the stroboscopic driving module corrects the driving signal and then outputs a corrected driving signal to the stroboscope so as to drive the stroboscope to carry out stroboscopic according to the corrected time interval; and the debugging module calculates and outputs paddle adjustment parameters and counterweight adjustment parameters according to the rotor cone data and the dynamic balance data. On the basis of correcting the driving stroboscope, multiple paths of sensing signals are collected for parameter measurement and adjustment, so that while real-time stable cone observation is realized, quantized rotor wing cone and dynamic balance data can be obtained as an adjustment basis, and the compatibility of measurement and adjustment of related parameters of a helicopter is improved.

    本发明公开了一种旋翼锥体和动平衡测量装置、测量仪及其测量方法,装置与频闪仪连接,包括数据接收模块、数据处理模块、频闪驱动模块和调试模块,数据接收模块接收传感信号;数据处理模块根据传感信号计算旋翼锥体数据和动平衡数据,以及计算输出用于驱动频闪仪工作的驱动信号;频闪驱动模块对驱动信号进行修正后向频闪仪输出修正驱动信号,以驱动频闪仪按修正时间间隔进行频闪;调试模块根据旋翼锥体数据和动平衡数据计算输出桨叶调整参数和配重调整参数。在修正驱动频闪仪的基础上采集多路传感信号进行参数测量与调整,实现实时稳定的锥体观察的同时也能获取量化的旋翼锥体和动平衡数据作为调整依据,提高直升机相关参数测量与调整的兼容性。
