The inflation-free vacuum tire comprises a tread layer and a cord fabric layer, the tread layer is arranged above the cord fabric layer and located at a tire crown, and pattern grooves are formed in the surface of the tread layer; the tire further comprises a stab-resistant airtight layer, the stab-resistant airtight layer is fixedly arranged between the tread layer and the cord fabric layer or fixedly arranged below the cord fabric layer, the stab-resistant airtight layer comprises one or more layers of canvas, and the canvas forms the stab-resistant airtight layer in a gum dipping and gum coating mode. The canvas comprises warps and wefts; the warps are formed by paving 5-30 flat fiber bundles or quasi-circular fiber bundles, and the wefts are formed by paving 5-30 flat fiber bundles or quasi-circular fiber bundles; the width of the visible light gap of the canvas ranges from 0 mm to 2 mm. According to the vacuum tire, the puncture resistance and the air tightness of the tire are improved through the puncture-proof airtight layer consisting of the gum-dipped and gum-coated canvas.
