The invention relates to a non-pneumatic tire, in particular to a non-pneumatic tire for medium-low-speed wheeled vehicles. The non-pneumatic tire comprises an outer tire skin suitable for being in contact with the ground, and an inner tire skin suitable for being in contact with the ground, the inner tube is suitable for hooping the hub; the inner tire is formed by filling a foaming material between the outer tire skin and the hub through integral vulcanization foaming, and the inner tire is tightly attached to and bonded with the inner wall of the outer tire skin and the surface groove of the hub due to internal pressure generated in the foaming process. The non-pneumatic tire has the characteristics of high foaming and high elasticity, the tire requirements of internal heat generation, wear resistance, silence, shock absorption, high load bearing and the like are met, the appearance is consistent with that of a pneumatic tire, and the non-pneumatic tire has the same comfort as that of the pneumatic tire.
