The inner side end point of the transition layer is higher than the end point of the tire body cord fabric layer, the airtight layer is arranged between the tire body cord fabric layer and the apex, the section of the airtight layer bypassing the steel wire ring is in a U shape, and the inner side end point and the outer side end point of the airtight layer are both lower than the outer side end point of the transition layer. By increasing the thickness of the lining transition layer at the tire shoulder of the all-steel radial tire, the problem of tire shoulder line display caused by process and material fluctuation is prevented, and meanwhile, the cyclic utilization rate of the tire can be effectively improved; meanwhile, the airtight layer is arranged at the bottom of the transition layer, so that the problem of wire exposure in the tire due to overlarge assumed stretching value of a tire body cord thread when the tire is used can be solved.

    本申请涉及全钢子午线技术领域,公开了一种全钢子午线轮胎内衬层结构,包括胎肩,所述胎肩的两侧分别设有过度层和气密层,所述过度层贴合设置在胎肩与内衬层的之间,所述过度层绕过钢丝圈截面呈U型,所述过度层的内侧端点高于胎体帘布层的端点,所述气密层设置在胎体帘布层与三角胶的之间,所述气密层绕过钢丝圈截面呈U型,所述气密层的内侧端点和外侧端点均低于过度层的外侧端点。通过增加全钢子午线轮胎胎肩处内衬过渡层厚度,防止因工艺、材料波动导致的胎肩显线问题,同时也能有效的提高轮胎的循环利用率,同时在过度层底部安装有的气密层能够增加轮胎使用的时候胎体帘线假定伸张值过大等出现胎里露线问题。
