The invention relates to the technical field of tire manufacturing, in particular to a discontinuous winding belted layer structure, application of the discontinuous winding belted layer structure, an all-steel radial tire and a preparation method of the all-steel radial tire. The belted layer comprises a 1 # belted layer and a 2 # belted layer, the 1 # belted layer is attached to the tire body and is the innermost side in the radial direction, the 2 # belted layer is attached to the 1 # belted layer, the width of the 2 # belted layer is larger than that of the 1 # belted layer, and the belted layer further comprises two groups of discontinuous winding belted layers which are in bilateral symmetry along the center line of the tire tread and are arranged on the same layer surface; the winding belted layer is arranged on the shoulder part of the upper surface of the 2 # belted layer; and the winding belted layer is formed by winding nylon or a steel wire from the shoulder part to the middle part. According to the design of winding the belted layer, the circumferential hooping effect of the belted layer on the tire is increased, and compared with the design of full winding or increasing the belted layer, the cost is reduced, performance excess is avoided, and tire abrasion is improved.
本发明涉及轮胎制造技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种不连续缠绕带束层结构、应用及全钢子午线轮胎和制备方法。带束层包括1#带束层和2#带束层,1#带束层贴在胎体之上,为径向最内侧,2#带束层贴合设置在1#带束层上面,且2#带束层的宽度大于1#带束层的宽度,带束层还包括沿着轮胎胎面中心线左右对称、设置在同一层面的不连续的两组缠绕带束层,所述缠绕带束层设置在2#带束层的上面肩部,缠绕带束层采用尼龙或钢丝从肩部向中间缠绕。本发明提供的缠绕带束层设计,增加了带束层对轮胎的周向箍紧作用,相对全缠绕或者增加带束层的设计降低了成本,避免性能过剩,改善了轮胎磨耗。
