The invention provides a tire belted layer structure which comprises at least two belted layers attached to a tire body in a surrounding mode. The first belted layer is located at the bottommost layer of all the belted layers and is a zero degree belted layer, that is to say, the cord thread of the first belted layer is parallel to the circumferential direction of a tire. The first belted layer is divided into a left part and a right part, and the left part and the right part are attached to the left side and the right side, deviating a certain distance away from the center of the tire, on the tire body respectively. Furthermore, the left part and the right part of the first belted layer are arranged bilaterally symmetric about the center of the tire. A joint of the first belted layer needs to be in lap joint after surrounding the tire body in a circle, the lap joint length ranges from 30 mm to 50 mm, and the joint is cut off at a 45-degree angle. Circumferential deformation in the tire running process can be greatly reduced, bearing capacity is enhanced, shearing force between the belted layers is reduced, and the service life of the tire can be prolonged.
