The invention belongs to the application field of industries such as tires and rubber, and particularly relates to a tire with a single-layer lining structure and a preparation method. The tire comprises a single-layer lining structure, a cord fabric layer, apex, sidewall rubber, a first belted layer, a second belted layer, a cap ply and tread rubber which are sequentially arranged from bottom to top, the lining structure comprises a seam allowance outer protective rubber sheet, an airtight layer and an isolation rubber sheet. The seam allowance outer protective rubber sheet and the isolation rubber sheet are arranged on the two sides of the airtight layer respectively; the two sets of seam allowance outer protective rubber pieces are arranged and attached to the two ends of one side of the airtight layer respectively. And the two groups of isolating rubber sheets are symmetrically arranged on the other side of the airtight layer by taking an axis which is vertically perpendicular to the central point of the airtight layer as a symmetry axis. The tire adopts a single-layer lining structure, so that the production efficiency can be improved, the material cost is saved, the appearance defects such as bubbles and rubber shortage in the tire are reduced, meanwhile, the rolling resistance can be effectively reduced, and the fuel economy of the tire is improved.

    本发明属于轮胎、橡胶等行业的应用领域,尤其涉及一种单层内衬结构的轮胎及制备方法。该轮胎包括自下而上依次设置的单层内衬结构、帘布层、三角胶、胎侧胶、第一带束层、第二带束层、冠带层以及胎面胶;其中该内衬结构包括子口外护胶片、气密层以及隔离胶片;所述子口外护胶片和隔离胶片分别设置在气密层的两侧;其中,所述子口外护胶片设有两组,且分别贴附在气密层一侧的两端;所述隔离胶片也设有两组,两组隔离胶片以竖向垂直于气密层中心点的轴线为对称轴,对称设置在气密层的另一侧上。该轮胎采用单层内衬结构,可提升生产效率,节约材料成本,降低胎里气泡、缺胶等外观病疵,同时可有效降低滚动阻力,提升轮胎燃油经济性。
