The invention provides a marine laying and recovery system. The marine laying and recovery system comprises a bearing structure and a traction structure, the bearing structure comprises a mounting base and a folding platform arranged on the mounting base, the mounting base is used for being mounted on a ship body platform, the folding platform has a folding state and an unfolding state, the folding platform is unfolded to form a guide plane, the guide plane is downwards and obliquely arranged in the first horizontal direction, and the guide plane is used for bearing underwater equipment; the traction structure comprises a lifting rope, the lifting rope extends in the first horizontal direction, the lifting rope has an unfolding state and a rolling state, and the lifting rope is provided with an installation end used for being installed on a ship body platform and a connection end used for being connected to underwater equipment. On the basis of cooperation of the guide plane and the lifting rope, restrained movement of the underwater equipment along the inclined plane can be achieved, the underwater equipment is prevented from shaking in the moving process, and stable laying and recycling of the underwater equipment are completed.

    本发明提供一种海洋布放回收系统,包括承载结构以及牵引结构;承载结构包括安装底座以及设于安装底座上的折叠平台,安装底座用以安装至船体平台上,折叠平台具有折叠以及展开两种状态,折叠平台展开形成有导向平面,导向平面沿第一水平方向向下倾斜设置,导向平面上用以承载水下设备;牵引结构包括起吊绳,起吊绳沿第一水平方向延伸设置,起吊绳具有舒展和收卷两种状态,起吊绳具有用以安装至船体平台上的安装端以及用以连接至水下设备上的连接端。本发明基于导向平面和起吊绳的配合,可实现水下设备沿斜面的约束移动,避免水下设备在活动过程中发生晃动,完成对水下设备的稳定布设以及回收。
