The invention discloses a double-navigation-state unmanned vehicle and a navigation state switching method, and belongs to the technical field of marine navigators, the unmanned vehicle comprises a streamline shell, a posture adjusting unit is arranged in the shell, one end of the shell is an underwater diversion head, the other end of the shell is an overwater diversion head, the unmanned vehicle further comprises a water filling cavity and a water filling and draining assembly, the driving propellers are used for folding and unfolding the side wing assemblies; the water filling cavity is arranged in the shell; the water filling and draining assembly is used for filling the water filling cavity with water or draining the water in the water filling cavity; the active thruster is arranged close to the underwater diversion head, and the active thruster is used for applying hydrodynamic propulsive force pointing to the overwater diversion head to the unmanned vehicle; the folding and unfolding side wing assembly is installed on the side portion of the shell and has a folding posture and an unfolding posture.
