The invention discloses a container ship torsion box tube bundle unit module installation precision control method which specifically comprises the steps of laying a module jig frame, delimiting an operation area, arranging a construction platform, arranging a channel steel stand column on the construction platform, installing a channel steel brace on the channel steel stand column, and delimiting a support positioning installation line on the channel steel brace. The bracket is mounted according to the bracket positioning mounting line; the perpendicularity of the bracket and the channel steel brace is adjusted through the inclined pulling of the hoist; a pipe accessory is installed on the support, and reinforcing channel steel and a supporting base plate are installed on the support; hoisting and folding the modules, turning over the torsion box tube bundle unit modules by 90 degrees, and hoisting the torsion box tube bundle unit modules to segmented installation positions by using a hoisting row to complete the installation of the torsion box tube bundle unit modules. According to the method, the mounting perpendicularity of the support is improved by using the stop block and the angle iron support, the deformation in the hoisting process is reduced by using the reinforcing channel steel and the supporting base plate, and the mounting precision of the torsion box tube bundle unit module is improved.

    本发明公开了一种集装箱船抗扭箱管束单元模块安装精度控制方法,该方法具体为:模块胎架铺设,划定作业区域,设置施工平台,在施工平台上设置槽钢立柱,在槽钢立柱上安装槽钢拉条,在槽钢拉条上划制支架定位安装线,并根据支架定位安装线安装支架;通过葫芦斜拉调节支架与槽钢拉条的垂直度;在支架上安装管附件,在支架上安装加强槽钢和支撑垫板;模块吊运合拢,将抗扭箱管束单元模块翻身90°,并使用吊排将抗扭箱管束单元模块吊装至分段安装位置,完成抗扭箱管束单元模块的安装。本发明的方法通过利用止动块和角铁支撑提高支架的安装垂直度,利用加强槽钢以及支撑垫板降低了吊运过程中的变形量,提高了抗扭箱管束单元模块的安装精度。
