The invention discloses an installation method for a segmented tube bundle unit of a torsion-resistant box. The installation method comprises the steps that a jacking tool is clamped on the side, close to an outer plate, of the tube bundle unit; taking an outer plate as a bottom, and hoisting the tube bundle unit on the outer plate; hoisting an inner shell plate, and welding and fixing the inner shell plate and the outer plate; the positions of the tube bundle units are adjusted on the basis of the jacking tool with the inner shell plate as the reference; and the tube bundle units are welded and fixed to the inner shell plate and the outer plate correspondingly. According to the scheme, the back shore tool is arranged to support and adjust the tube bundle unit, a large amount of assembling, welding, batch and grinding work of temporary hangers and lifting work of unit position adjustment are reduced, the danger of lifting and fire operation in a narrow space is eliminated, and the assembling efficiency is effectively improved. In the adjusting process, the jacking tool exerts force in a balanced mode, the pipe bundle unit pipeline flange cannot be deformed and distorted by external force, it is ensured that a secrecy gasket is not damaged, and follow-up maintenance work is reduced.

    本发明公开一种抗扭箱分段管束单元的安装方法,包括步骤:在管束单元靠近外板的一侧装夹顶撑工装;以外板为底,将所述管束单元吊装到所述外板上;吊装内壳板,并将所述内壳板与所述外板焊接固定;以所述内壳板为基准,基于所述顶撑工装调节所述管束单元的位置;将所述管束单元分别与所述内壳板以及所述外板焊接固定。本方案设置顶撑工装支撑和调节管束单元,减少大量临时吊码的装、焊、批、磨工作和单元位置调整的起重工作,并且消除狭小空间起重、动火作业的危险性,有效提高了装配效率。在调整过程中顶撑工装均衡用力对管束单元管路法兰不会造成外力变形扭曲,确保密性垫片不受破坏,减少后续的维修工作。
