The invention relates to a precision control method for segmental installation of positioning pins of a container ship and the container ship, which are used for installing the positioning pins in a segmental stage and comprise the following steps of: marking a 150M. K datum line after the segmental precision of a transverse bulkhead is inspected; a rib position line perpendicular to the 150 M.K datum line is used as a rib position datum line; the plane position of the positioning pin is obtained according to the 150 M.K datum line and the rib position datum line; measuring and determining the height position of the positioning pin by taking the hatch coaming deck as a benchmark; taking the 150M. K reference line as a reference to carry out segmented assembly on the transverse bulkhead; after the precision of the single hatch cover is qualified, hatch cover simulation assembly is carried out, and the distance between the positioning pin holes of the single hatch cover is adjusted with the actual distance between the positioning pins as the reference; a gap between the single hatch covers is adjusted to be a standard gap through the cutting allowance; positioning pins are installed in sections, and the hatch cover is positioned according to the positioning pins. The mounting stage of the positioning pin is advanced to the sectioning stage, so that the construction period is shortened while the mounting precision of the positioning pin is ensured.

    本发明涉及一种集装箱船定位销分段安装的精度控制方法及集装箱船,用以在分段阶段进行定位销安装,包括:待横隔舱分段精度检验完成后,划出150M.K基准线;以垂直于150M.K基准线的肋位线为肋位基准线;以150M.K基准线和肋位基准线获得定位销的平面位置;以舱口围甲板为基准测量确定定位销的高度位置;以150M.K基准线为基准进行横隔舱分段总组;待单片舱盖精度合格后,进行舱盖模拟总组,以定位销之间的实际距离为基准调整单片舱盖的定位销孔之间的距离;切割余量调整单片舱盖之间的间隙为标准间隙;分段阶段安装定位销,根据定位销进行舱盖定位。本发明将定位销的安装阶段提前至分段阶段,保证了定位销安装精度的同时缩短了建造周期。
