The invention discloses a drive-by-wire air brake system of a port unmanned container transport vehicle, which comprises an energy supply mechanism and an execution mechanism, the energy supply mechanism forms four brake loops through a four-loop protection valve, and each brake loop is matched with the execution mechanism through a drive-by-wire proportional valve to brake the vehicle. According to the system, due to the arrangement of the four-loop protection valve, braking failure of any axle does not affect other axles, the drive-by-wire proportional valve is matched, components needed by manual operation of an existing air brake valve are omitted, the failure rate of a valve body is reduced, the reliability of the components is improved, the functions of traveling braking, ABS and parking braking are integrated, and the service life of the system is prolonged. The four braking circuits are integrated with the functions of traveling braking and parking braking, the parking braking circuit does not need to be additionally arranged independently, the braking system arrangement is simplified, the parking braking function is achieved through the traveling braking air chamber, a spring energy storage air chamber does not need to be used, all vehicles can use single-diaphragm air chambers, and the arrangement space of the axle end is increased.

    本发明公开一种港口无人集装箱运输车的线控气压制动系统,包括供能机构和执行机构,供能机构通过四回路保护阀形成四个制动回路,每个制动回路均通过线控比例阀配合执行机构实现车辆的制动,该系统通过采用四回路保护阀的设置,任意车轴制动失效不会对另外的车轴造成影响,配合线控比例阀,取消了现有气压制动阀人工操作所需的部件,降低阀体的失效率,提高部件的可靠性,且集成行车制动、ABS和驻车制动功能,使得四个制动回路均集成行车制动和驻车制动的功能,无需单独增加驻车制动回路,简化制动系统布置,且驻车制动功能通过行车制动气室实现,无需使用弹簧储能气室,所有车辆均使用单膜片气室即可,增加车桥端的布置空间。
