The invention discloses a vehicle drive-by-wire gas cap hydraulic brake system which comprises a brake pedal, a sensor, a controller, a gas storage cylinder, a proportional relay valve, a brake master cylinder and a wheel brake. A gas outlet of the gas storage cylinder is connected with a gas inlet of the proportional relay valve; the output end of the sensor is connected with the input end of the controller; the sensor is used for outputting a pedal travel signal according to the travel of the brake pedal; the output end of the controller is connected with an electric control interface of the proportional relay valve; an air outlet of the proportional relay valve is connected with an air inlet of the brake master cylinder; and a hydraulic outlet of the brake master cylinder is connected with a wheel brake on a vehicle axle. As a traditional air pressure control pipeline is omitted, a large number of pipelines and pipe joints are saved, the pipelines of the drive-by-wire air cap hydraulic brake system of the vehicle are greatly shortened, the brake response time is shortened, the driving safety is improved, and the cost is also reduced.

    本发明公开了一种车辆线控气顶液制动系统,包括制动踏板、传感器、控制器、储气筒、比例继动阀、制动总缸及车轮制动器;储气筒的出气口连接比例继动阀的进气口;传感器的输出端连接控制器的输入端,传感器用于根据制动踏板的行程输出踏板行程信号;控制器的输出端连接比例继动阀的电控接口;比例继动阀的出气口连接制动总缸的进气口;制动总缸的液压出口连接车辆车轴上的车轮制动器。本发明由于取消了传统气压控制管路,节省了大量管路及管接头,使车辆线控气顶液制动系统的管路大大缩短,降低了制动反应时间,提高了行车安全性,也降低了成本。
