The invention discloses a redundant electronic control hydraulic braking system and method of an unmanned container transport vehicle, a pressure release valve is arranged, isolation of a front side system and a rear side system in a normal state is guaranteed, when one side system fails, due to the fact that the pressure can be reduced, the pressure difference threshold value is set through the additionally arranged pressure release valve, and the redundant electronic control hydraulic braking system of the unmanned container transport vehicle is achieved. When the set threshold value of the pressure difference is reached, the pressure release valve is opened, the front-side system and the rear-side system are conducted, redundant braking circulation is completed, an oil tank communicating pipe is arranged between the front oil tank and the rear oil tank, and communication when hydraulic oil in the braking process of the single-side system is not enough to circulate the whole system is guaranteed; when a single-side system fails, the overall braking performance of the vehicle is guaranteed, the braking distance of the vehicle under the emergency condition is the same as the normal braking distance, and the driving safety of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开一种无人集装箱运输车的冗余电控液压制动系统和方法,设置了泄压阀,保证前侧系统和后侧系统在正常状态下的隔离,在一侧系统失效时,由于压力会降低,通过增设的泄压阀结合设定的压力差阈值,当达到压力差的设定阈值时,泄压阀打开,使前侧系统和后侧系统的导通,完成了冗余制动循环,且在前油箱和后油箱之间设置油箱连通管,保证单侧系统制动过程中的液压油不足以循环整个系统时的连通,在单侧系统失效时保障了车辆的总体制动性能,车辆在紧急状况下的制动距离与正常制动距离相同,提高车辆行驶安全。
