The invention discloses a distributed self-adaptive heat dissipation system and a control method thereof, and relates to the technical field of mining machinery, the distributed self-adaptive heat dissipation system comprises a main generator heat dissipation system, the main generator heat dissipation system comprises an air inducing duct, one end of the air inducing duct is connected with a generator set, and the other end of the air inducing duct is integrated on a frame; a heat dissipation mechanism of the generator set sucks air and dissipates heat; the electric wheel heat dissipation system comprises a first air inducing mechanism integrated on the frame and an electric wheel heat dissipation air channel connected with the first air inducing mechanism, and the other end of the electric wheel heat dissipation air channel is connected with a rear axle housing to dissipate heat of an internal brake driving mechanism; and the converter cabinet heat dissipation system comprises a second air inducing mechanism integrated on the frame and a converter cabinet heat dissipation air channel connected with the second air inducing mechanism, the other end of the converter cabinet heat dissipation air channel is connected with an air outlet of the converter cabinet body, and the other end of the second air inducing mechanism is provided with an air outlet for discharging air towards an inclined plane.

    本发明公开了分布式自适应散热系统及其控制方法,涉及矿山机械技术领域,包括:主发电机散热系统,所述主发电机散热系统包括引风道,所述引风道一端与发电机组相连,所述引风道另一端集成于框架上,通过发电机组自身散热机构吸风散热;电动轮散热系统,所述电动轮散热系统包括集成于所述框架上的第一引风机构、与所述第一引风机构相连的电动轮散热风道,所述电动轮散热风道另一端连接后桥壳对内部制动驱动机构进行散热;变流柜散热系统,所述变流柜散热系统包括集成于所述框架上的第二引风机构和与所述第二引风机构相连的变流柜散热风道,所述变流柜散热风道另一端与变流柜体出风口相连,所述第二引风机构另一端设有向斜面出风的出风口。
