According to the new energy vehicle heat dissipation system and a heat dissipation control method thereof, systematic technical cost reduction is carried out on the heat dissipation system, and meanwhile partition control over the heat dissipation power of the battery and the motor can be achieved. The problem that an existing cooling system is high in cost is solved. The system comprises a main controller, two heat dissipation boxes, two water pumps, a heat dissipation fan, a first heat dissipation box, a first water pump and a motor of a new energy vehicle which are connected in sequence toform a first heat dissipation loop; the second heat dissipation box, the second water pump and the electricity of the new energy vehicle are sequentially connected to form a second heat dissipation loop; the heat dissipation fan dissipates heat of the first heat dissipation box and the second heat dissipation box; a temperature sensor of the motor sends a first temperature signal to the main controller; a temperature sensor of the battery sends a second temperature signal to the main controller; and the main controller sends a start-stop signal and/or a control signal to the first water pump control unit, the second water pump control unit and the cooling fan control unit.

    本公开的一种新能源车辆散热系统及其散热控制方法,该散热系统进行了系统性的技术降本,同时能够实现电池、电机散热功率的分区控制。解决现有散热系统的高成本问题。该系统包括主控制器、两个散热箱、两个水泵、散热风扇、第一散热箱、第一水泵、新能源车辆的电机依次相连形成第一散热回路;第二散热箱、第二水泵、新能源车辆的电次依次相连形成第二散热回路;散热风扇给第一散热箱和第二散热箱进行散热;电机的温度感应器向主控制器发送第一温度信号;电池的温度感应器向主控制器发送第二温度信号;主控制器分别向所述第一水泵控制单元、第二水泵控制单元以及散热风扇控制单元发送启停信号和/或控制信号。
