The invention discloses a working condition self-adaptive distributed micro-channel comprehensive heat dissipation system, a heat dissipation method and engineering machinery, which adopt a distributed modular electronic control system and comprise a hydraulic oil heat dissipation device, an engine water-cooling heat dissipation device, an engine intercooling heat dissipation device, a transmission oil heat dissipation device and a control system, relevant parameters are collected, working conditions are judged in real time, the working modes of the heat dissipation modules are adjusted accordingly, the heat dissipation modules control the number of connected heat dissipation fins, the air volume and the atomization intensity through on-off of electromagnetic valve switches to achieve switching of the different heat dissipation modes, and the devices are independently adjusted according to feedback temperature and flow and do not affect one another; when the heat dissipation module works, forced convection heat exchange is carried out on a working medium through a brushless speed regulation air blower, atomized liquid water drop particles suspended in an air pipe are brought into heat dissipation fins to achieve phase change conversion, the heat dissipation efficiency is improved, and the power of a heat dissipation system can be adjusted according to the mechanical working state; the heat dissipation requirement of the whole machine is met while the energy consumption of the system is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了工况自适应分布式微通道综合散热系统、散热方法及工程机械,采用分布式模块化电控系统,包括液压油散热装置、发动机水冷散热装置、发动机中冷散热装置、传动油散热装置和控制系统,采集相关参数对工况做出实时判断并据此调节各散热模块工作模式,散热器模块通过电磁阀开关通断控制接入散热片数量、风量和雾化强度实现不同散热模式切换,且各个装置根据反馈温度、流量实现独立调节互不影响;散热模块工作时通过无刷调速鼓风机对工作介质进行强制对流换热,并将雾化后悬浮于风管中液态水滴微粒带入散热器片中实现相变转换增加散热效率,能够根据机械工作状态调节散热系统功率,在减小系统自身能耗也满足整机散热要求,提高工作效率。
