The invention discloses a vehicle suspension control method, device and equipment and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the current pitch angle and the current roll angle of a vehicle are obtained; according to vehicle state parameters of the vehicle, the current pitch angle and the current roll angle, vehicle control parameters are obtained through calculation; according to the vehicle control parameters, active control force needing to be output by an active suspension of the vehicle is determined; wherein the vehicle state parameters comprise transverse acceleration, and the vehicle control parameters comprise pitching control torque and roll control torque. The vehicle control parameters are calculated according to the determined state parameters of the vehicle and the current pitch angle and the current roll angle of the vehicle, the active control force needing to be output by the active suspension of the vehicle is determined according to the vehicle control parameters, and the stability of the vehicle is improved through the active control force, so that the operability of the vehicle during running is improved.
