The invention discloses a hybrid electric vehicle extreme working condition engine starting control method which comprises the following steps: S1, detecting whether the temperature of cooling liquid, the SOC (State of Charge) of a power battery and the available discharge power of the power battery are lower than a calibration value or not, and if any one is lower than a calibration value, carrying out extreme starting; s2, after the extreme starting flag bit is received, the DCDC enabling is temporarily closed; s3, after the extreme start control flag bit is received, a control strategy is executed, and over-discharge is allowed; s4, after the extreme starting flag bit is received, the ISG motor starting request is removed at the first low rotating speed; and S5, after the extreme starting flag bit is received, oil supply is recovered at the second low rotating speed, battery consumption is reduced, and ignition and combustion are conducted earlier. The invention further discloses a hybrid electric vehicle extreme working condition engine starting control device and a computer system. Under the condition that the available discharge power of the battery is low, electric energy is fully released to the ISG motor, it is ensured that the engine is started successfully, and the hybrid electric vehicle can be widely applied to hybrid electric vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力汽车极端工况发动机启动控制方法,步骤如下:S1、分别检测冷却液温度、动力电池SOC和动力电池可用放电功率是否低于标定值,任一种低于则极端启动;S2、收到极端启动标志位后,暂时关闭DCDC使能;S3、收到极端启动控制标志位后,执行控制策略,允许过放;S4、收到极端启动标志位后,在第一低转速下移除ISG电机启动请求;S5、收到极端启动标志位后,在第二低转速下恢复供油,减小电池消耗并更早点火燃烧。本发明还公开了一种混合动力汽车极端工况发动机启动控制装置和计算机系统。本发明在电池可用放电功率较低情况下,充分释放电能给ISG电机,确保发动机启动成功,可以广泛应用于混合动力汽车上。
