The invention relates to the field of vehicle braking, and discloses an electronic mechanical braking system, method and device and a computer storage medium, the system comprises a redundant power supply module, and a wheel end electronic mechanical braking module, an emergency instruction module, a braking instruction module, a chassis domain controller and an external connection module which are connected with the redundant power supply module; the chassis domain controller is connected with an external connection module, an emergency instruction module, a braking instruction module and a wheel end electronic mechanical braking module, wherein the emergency instruction module and the braking instruction module are connected with the wheel end electronic mechanical braking module. The external connection module receives external input information, the chassis domain controller recognizes collected vehicle information to obtain recognition information, a coordination control instruction is generated according to the external input information and the recognition information, and the braking instruction module issues the coordination control instruction to the wheel end electronic mechanical braking module. And the wheel end electronic mechanical braking module controls the vehicle according to the coordination control instruction or an emergency braking instruction issued by the emergency instruction module. The control stability of the electronic mechanical braking system is improved.
