The invention discloses an energy consumption optimization method for a distributed driving vehicle power system. The method comprises the steps that 1, the expected yaw velocity and the expected vehicle speed of a vehicle are obtained; 2, obtaining expected additional yaw moment according to the expected yaw velocity of the vehicle, and obtaining longitudinal demand force of the vehicle according to the expected vehicle speed of the vehicle; 3, obtaining a weight coefficient of a motor loss objective function, a weight coefficient of a tire utilization rate, a weight coefficient of a longitudinal demand force and a weight coefficient of the expected additional yaw moment through fuzzy control according to the expected additional yaw moment and the longitudinal demand force of the vehicle; 4, establishing an efficiency-attachment-power optimization function, and solving the efficiency-attachment-power optimization function by using a quadratic programming optimization algorithm to obtain longitudinal expected forces of the four wheels; and step 5, obtaining expected torques of the four hub motors after energy consumption optimization according to the longitudinal expected forces of the four wheels. The method has the characteristics of reducing energy consumption and improving the energy utilization rate.
