This paper proposes a novel operation optimization method to promote the consumption of distributed energy. A new power system model containing distributed energy sources, microgrids, adjustable loads, energy storage and is constructed; an operation optimization model is designed with the objective of minimizing the cost of wind and light abandonment and operation cost; and a new algorithm is used to solve the model. The results show that the proposed operation optimization method can improve the level of wind and solar energy consumption at a lower cost under the premise of guaranteeing the reliability of power supply, which verifies the effectiveness of the method.
