The invention provides a whole vehicle energy consumption optimization method. Each starting time period of each cooling component is related to the information representing the temperature of each cooled component at each moment and the starting temperature limit value and the closing temperature limit value of each cooling component; the information representing the temperature of each cooled part at each moment and the starting temperature limit value and the closing temperature limit value of each cooling part are both related to the control strategy, so that in the whole vehicle energy consumption optimization method, the opening and closing of each cooling part are influenced by the control strategy; besides, the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is obtained through simulation according to the state parameters of the cooled parts at the moments, the accessory power of the cooling parts at the moments and the starting time periods of the cooling parts, so that the energy consumption of the whole vehicle can be optimized in the mode that opening and closing of the cooling parts are affected by control strategies. And the influence of each cooling component on the energy consumption of the whole vehicle is considered, so that the energy consumption optimization of the whole vehicle is more accurate, and the economic performance of the vehicle can be further improved.
