The invention provides a ship navigation scheduling control method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining real-time navigation flow, carrying out the matching in a plurality of preset levels based on the value of the real-time navigation flow, obtaining a target level corresponding to the real-time navigation flow, and obtaining a target level corresponding to the target level; different preset grades correspond to different navigation flow values among the cascade hubs; calculating a lockage airworthiness value of the to-be-dispatched ship based on the ship parameters of the to-be-dispatched ship and the real-time navigation flow; taking the to-be-dispatched ship of which the lockage airworthiness value is not less than a preset value as a target ship; and scheduling the target ship based on a preset navigation standard corresponding to the target level. According to the technical scheme, manual participation is reduced, the cost is low, and the organization efficiency and safety of ship navigation scheduling between the step hubs can be guaranteed to the maximum extent.

    本申请提供一种船舶通航调度控制方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,该方法包括:获取实时通航流量,并基于实时通航流量的数值在多个预设等级中进行匹配,得到实时通航流量对应的目标等级,不同预设等级对应不同的梯级枢纽间通航流量数值;基于待调度船舶的船舶参数以及实时通航流量,计算待调度船舶的过闸适航值;将过闸适航值不小于预设数值的待调度船舶作为目标船舶;基于目标等级对应的预设通航标准,对目标船舶进行调度。本申请实施例的技术方案减少人工参与,成本较低,且能够最大限度的保障使梯级枢纽间船舶通航调度的组织效率和安全性。
