According to the scheme, the radar data detected by the radar and the ship navigation state information collected by the shipborne integrated navigation equipment are fused, whether the ship and the obstacle have the course cross collision or not can be accurately predicted, the early warning of the course cross collision is advanced, and the ship navigation is safer.
