The invention relates to a hoisting construction method for a cantilever wing spreading steel box girder. The invention belongs to the field of bridge engineering construction, and not only can improve the stability of a temporary support structure, the installation precision of a steel box girder, the adjustment precision and convenience of the top of an edge pier, the installation speed of a cantilever arm and the prestress tensioning effect, but also improves the construction quality, greatly improves the field hoisting and installation construction efficiency of the steel box girder, saves manpower and cost, and improves the construction efficiency. And good technical and economic benefits can be obtained when the method is applied to practical engineering.
