According to the invention, the double winding type motors are used for driving, and the double-wheel lifting hook and the heavy single-wheel lifting hook are matched to form movable pulley type single-side driving, so that the bearing capacity and mechanical tensile stress of the double motors are reduced, safety and reliability are realized, and the stability of the hoisting motor is greatly improved.
