The invention relates to a large steel box girder hoisting device and a hoisting method thereof.The large steel box girder hoisting device comprises a hoisting tool, a sensor and a receiver, one end of the hoisting tool is a steel box girder connecting end, and the steel box girder connecting end is used for being connected with a steel box girder; one end of the sensor is a steel box girder mounting surface, the steel box girder mounting surface is used for being detachably connected with a steel box girder, and the sensor is used for collecting and sending steel box girder monitoring data; and the receiver is connected with the sensor and is used for acquiring the monitoring data and comparing the monitoring data with a preset value. According to the method, the steel box girder is tried to be hoisted before formal hoisting of the steel box girder, the posture change of the steel box girder is monitored in real time in the tried hoisting process, the posture of the steel box girder is adjusted when monitoring data exceed a preset value, hoisting is conducted according to the preset posture in the hoisting process, hoisting safety is ensured, and the positioning efficiency after the steel box girder is hoisted in place is improved.

    本申请涉及一种大型钢箱梁吊装装置及其吊装方法,其包括:吊具、传感器和接收器,吊具一端为钢箱梁连接端,钢箱梁连接端用于与钢箱梁连接;传感器一端为钢箱梁安装面,钢箱梁安装面用于与钢箱梁可拆卸连接,传感器用于采集并发送钢箱梁监测数据;接收器与传感器连接,接收器用于获取监测数据,还用于将监测数据与预定值比对。本发明中,正式起吊钢箱梁前对钢箱梁进行试吊,试吊过程中实时监测钢箱梁姿态变化,监测数据超出预定值对钢箱梁姿态进行调整,使吊装过程按预定姿态起吊,确保吊装安全,提高钢箱梁吊装到位后的定位效率。
