The invention provides a digital twinning method and system for a tower crane. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation state data of the tower crane based on a sensor assembly; a preset model hierarchical structure is established according to a preset rule, a tower crane template library is established, and a digital twin parameterization initialization model is established based on the preset model hierarchical structure and the tower crane template library; and receiving operation state data of the tower crane according to a preset time frequency, associating the operation state data to the digital twinning parameterized initialization model, and establishing visual display of the tower crane based on digital twinning. According to the method, tower crane standard component modeling specifications are provided, a basis is provided for parameterized generation of the tower crane and expansion of customized components, and the universality and reusability of the digital twin model of the tower crane are improved.

    本发明提供了一种塔式起重机的数字孪生方法及系统,该方法包括:基于传感器组件采集塔式起重机的运行状态数据;按预设规则建立预设模型层级结构,搭建塔机模版库,并基于预设模型层级结构和塔机模版库建立数字孪生参数化初始化模型;按照预设时间频率接收塔式起重机的运行状态数据,将运行状态数据关联至数字孪生参数化初始化模型中,建立基于数字孪生的塔式起重机可视化显示。本发明提供了塔机标准件建模规范,为塔机参数化生成和定制化部件的扩充提供了基础,增加了塔式起重机的数字孪生模型的通用性和复用性。
