The invention relates to a tower crane operation state digital twinning method and system, an electronic device and a medium, and the tower crane operation state digital twinning method is based on the Internet of Things technology and comprises the following steps: collecting size data of a tower crane through a sensor in advance; a virtual tower crane model with the size being one to one with the actual tower crane size is generated at a twin end in a parametric modeling mode, and the method comprises the steps that operation state data of the tower crane are collected through a sensor and uploaded to a cloud end; the cloud end issues the state data to the twin end; the twin end determines a target part of the virtual tower crane model according to the state data, performs state adjustment on the target part, and performs visual display; by means of the method and device, the problem that the current tower crane state is not visually displayed in a remote mode in the related technology is solved, and people can be helped to more visually know the operation condition of the on-site tower crane.
