The supporting rod is arranged on the base, the upper end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the universal joint, the lower end of the universal shaft is rotationally connected with the universal joint, the fixing bolt is in threaded connection with the universal joint, and the tail end of the fixing bolt extends into the universal joint and abuts against the lower end of the universal shaft. The fixing block is cylindrical, the lower end of the fixing block is in threaded connection with the upper end of the universal shaft, and external threads are arranged on the outer circumference of the fixing block; the middle cover is in a round cover shape, the upper end of the middle cover is sealed, the lower end of the middle cover is open, internal threads are arranged in the middle cover, a plurality of rectangular grooves are formed in the outer portion of the upper end face of the middle cover in the circumferential array direction, and the middle cover is arranged on the fixing block in a sleeving mode.
