And a lifting control winding drum is arranged on the side part of the sliding shaft seat. By means of the linear rotation integrated driving device, large-range angle self-locking type adjustment of the sail is achieved, fine adjustment can be conducted through the linear driving part, the sail can adapt to the wind direction change rule, and the wind condition fluctuation condition can be observed to a certain degree.
