The invention discloses a vehicle electric air compressor suspension vibration reduction mechanism which comprises a first elastic vibration reduction component and a second elastic vibration reduction component, the first elastic vibration reduction component and an air compressor form a vibration reduction system in the vertical direction, and the first elastic vibration reduction component and the second elastic vibration reduction component absorb vibration of the air compressor. The sliding column type suspension damping mechanism is arranged on the air compressor mounting bracket, and the vibration of the air compressor is absorbed by using the spring and the rubber fixing sleeve, so that the vibration noise generated in the running process of a vehicle is reduced by about 10dB, the riding comfort is improved, meanwhile, the mechanical damage of the vibration to the electric air compressor is reduced, and the durability is improved.

    本发明公开了一种车用电动空压机悬置减振机构,包括:在垂直方向上与空压机构成减振系统的第一弹性减振构件和第二弹性减振构件,所述第一弹性减振构件和所述第二弹性减振构件吸收所述空压机的振动。通过在空压机安装支架上设置滑柱式悬置减振机构,利用弹簧和橡胶固定套吸收空压机的振动,降低车辆行驶过程中产生的振动噪音约10dB和提升乘坐舒适性,同时降低振动对电动空压机的机械损伤提升耐用性。
