The invention belongs to the technical field of damping suspension, and particularly relates to a damping suspension mechanism for a vehicle. Compared with the prior art, a two-way damping spring design mechanism is adopted, namely, the damping springs with the same physical parameters are arranged on the two sides of the spring seat, the screw penetrates through the damping springs and the spring seat, the two ends of the screw are pressed through the two sets of fastening nuts, and the capacity of the whole suspension system is adjusted through the compression amount of the damping spring compressed by the fastening nut; a flange cap is designed between the damping spring and the fastening nut, so that the stability of the damping spring and the fastening nut is ensured; a joint bearing is arranged at one end of the adjusting screw rod and is connected with a rear axle mechanism; when the wheel set bridges are in a non-horizontal ground form, the wheel set bridges rotate around the center shafts of the two wheel set bridges, so that the adjusting screw rod is in a nonlinear compression track, the output shaft of the spring seat is connected with the mounting base in a matched manner, and the spring seat can rotate around the mounting base; and the mounting base is fixed on a vehicle body through a fastening screw.

    本发明属于减震悬挂的技术领域,具体涉及的是一种车用减震悬挂机构。相对于现有技术,本发明采用双向减震弹簧设计机构,即在弹簧座的两侧布置了相同的物理参数减震弹簧,通过一根螺杆穿过减震弹簧和弹簧座,螺杆两端通过两组紧固螺母压紧,以及通过紧固螺母压缩减震弹簧的压缩量来调节整个悬挂系统能力;并在减震弹簧和紧固螺母之间设计了一种法兰帽,保证减震弹簧和紧固螺母的稳定性;调节螺杆的一端为设置有关节轴承,与后桥机构连接;由于轮组桥架在非水平地面形式时,绕两轮组桥架中心轴旋转,使得调节螺杆为非线性压缩轨迹,弹簧座的输出轴与安装基座配合连接,弹簧座可以绕安装基座转动;安装基座通过紧固螺钉固定在车体上面。
