The invention relates to a tower tube hoisting tool, and particularly discloses a flange for hoisting a tower tube of a wind generating set, the flange for hoisting the tower tube of the wind generating set comprises a first flange (1) and a second flange (2) capable of being connected with the first flange (1), a first hinge part (101) is arranged on the peripheral surface of the first flange (1), and a second hinge part (102) is arranged on the peripheral surface of the second flange (2). A first hinge part (101) is arranged on the outer circumferential face of the first flange (1), a second hinge part (201) is arranged on the outer circumferential face of the second flange (2), and the first hinge part (101) and the second hinge part (201) are hinged through a hinge shaft (10) so that the first flange (1) and the second flange (2) can be detachably connected in a hinged mode. In addition, the invention further relates to a pulley trolley and a hoisting method.
