The invention relates to the technical field of wind power tower flanges, in particular to a hoisting stabilizing mechanism for a wind power tower flange and a using method. The hoisting stabilizing mechanism comprises a tower drum flange body and a stabilizing sleeve piece installed on the outer side of the tower drum flange body, the stabilizing sleeve piece comprises a clamping piece, the clamping piece comprises an upper arc lantern ring, a clamping groove is formed in the bottom end of the upper arc lantern ring and matched with the tower drum flange body in a sleeved mode, a connecting groove is formed in one side of the bottom end of the upper arc lantern ring, and a fixing semi-ring is arranged in the connecting groove and is slidably connected with the connecting groove. According to the hoisting stabilizing mechanism, through the arrangement of the stabilizing sleeve piece, when the tower drum flange body is hoisted, the upper arc lantern ring of the stabilizing sleeve piece sleeves the upper end of the tower drum flange body, the fixing semi-ring of the stabilizing sleeve piece slides into the connecting groove, the fixing semi-ring and the upper arc lantern ring are fixed through threads, so that the outer end of the tower drum flange body is stably clamped, and the hoisting stability is improved; and meanwhile, the hoisting mechanism is prevented from being in direct contact with the tower drum flange body, and abrasion to the surface of the tower drum flange body is avoided.

    本发明涉及风电塔筒法兰技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种风电塔筒法兰用吊装稳定机构以及使用方法。其包括塔筒法兰本体以及安装在塔筒法兰本体外侧的稳定套件,稳定套件包括夹持件,夹持件包括上弧套环,上弧套环底端设置有夹持槽,夹持槽与塔筒法兰本体套接配合,上弧套环底端一侧设置有连接槽,连接槽内设置有固定半环,固定半环与连接槽滑动连接。本发明通过设置的稳定套件,在进行塔筒法兰本体吊装时,将其上弧套环套在塔筒法兰本体上端,将其固定半环滑入连接槽内,通过螺纹固定固定半环以及上弧套环,对其塔筒法兰本体外端进行稳定夹持,提高吊装稳定性,同时避免吊装机构直接接触塔筒法兰本体,导致塔筒法兰本体表面造成磨损。
