Locking holes for hooking the clamping hooks are formed in the positions, close to the bottoms, of the clamping plates, the tops of the two clamping plates face each other and extend upwards in a protruding mode, the top ends of the clamping plates are higher than the top end of the upper pulley block, and when the upper pulley block ascends to the positions where the tops of the clamping plates abut against the bottom of the tower crane boom, the locking holes are locked. And the clamping plate rotates outwards, and the clamping hook is separated from the lock hole. The device is reliable in structure and easy to operate, and automatic magnification changing can be almost achieved.
