When a movable tackle is in a first state, the movable tackle is connected to a lifting hook, a variable-magnification pulley block plays a role of a movable pulley block, and the rope winding magnification of a steel wire rope is (double of the sum of the number of movable pulleysin the movable pulley block on the lifting hook and the number of pulleys in the variable-magnification pulley block). When the steel wire rope winding multiplying power is changed, the steel wire rope is contracted until the movable tackle abuts against a fixed base, and the tension of the steel wire rope is maximum when a weight reaches the highest point. The movable tackle is separated from the lifting hook, the tension of the steel wire rope between the movable tackle, the fixed pulley block and the wall is kept at a maximum value, the steel wire rope between the movable tackle, the fixedpulley and an arm support can jack up and fix the movable tackle on the fixed base, the variable-magnification pulley block plays a role of the fixed pulley, the rope winding magnification of the steel wire rope is (double of the sum of the number of the movable pulleys in the movable pulley block), and change of the steel wire rope magnification can be realized without changing the winding modeof the steel wire rope.

    本发明公开了一种起重机变倍率起吊系统,属于起重技术领域。活动滑车在处于第一状态时,活动滑车与吊钩连接,变倍率滑轮组起到动滑轮组的作用,钢丝绳绕绳倍率为:(吊钩上动滑轮组中动滑轮的个数与变倍率滑轮组中滑轮的个数之和的两倍)。变化钢丝绳绕绳倍率时,收缩钢丝绳直至活动滑车与固定座相抵,重物到最高点,钢丝绳上的张力最大。分离活动滑车与吊钩,位于活动滑车与定滑轮组及墙壁之间的钢丝绳上的张力保持最大值,活动滑车与定滑轮及臂架之间的钢丝绳会将活动滑车托起固定在固定座上,变倍率滑轮组起到定滑轮作用,钢丝绳绕绳倍率为:(动滑轮组中动滑轮的个数之和的两倍),不用改变钢丝绳的缠绕方式即实现了钢丝绳倍率的变化。
