A tower crane lifting arm assembly structure comprises a first arm section unit, a second arm section unit, a convertible connector, a first fixing pin, and a second fixing pin, each arm section unit comprises an upper chord and a lower chord; the opening in the end, which is close to the second arm section unit, of the first arm section unit is provided with a fixed groove; the end, which is closed to the first arm section unit, of the lower chord of the second arm section unit is provided with a fixed connector; a first pin hole and a second pin hole are staggeredly arranged on the end part, which is provided with the fixed groove, of the lower chord; the convertible connector comprises a first end part and a second end part, a third pin hole and a fourth pin hole are staggeredly arranged on the first end part; the convertible connector is assembled to the first arm section unit, the first end part is inserted into the fixed groove in the end pat of the lower chord of the first arm section unit, the first fixing pin penetrates the first pin hole and the third pin hole, the second fixing pin penetrates the second pin hole and the fourth pin hole, and the second end part is assembled to the fixed connector in the end part of the lower chord of the second arm section unit.
