The invention relates to a robot walking platform. The first connecting rod, the first mode conversion mechanism, the supporting body mechanism and the driven wheel supporting frame of the robot walking platform form a rocker sliding block mechanism. Therefore, by means of the lifting of the supporting main body mechanism in the axial direction of the first leg mechanism, the driven wheel supporting frame in the rocker sliding block mechanism is driven to move; the robot walking platform can be switched between a first moving mode that only driving wheels on leg mechanisms of the robot walking platform are used for moving and a second moving mode that the driving wheels and driven wheels on driven wheel supporting frames are used for moving at the same time. In addition, the invention further relates to a mobile robot comprising the robot walking platform.
