The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline repairing, and discloses an under-pressure metal pipeline repairing method which comprises the following steps that S1, a lifting platform is erected below a leakage point of a to-be-repaired pipeline; s2, a flow guide pipe is manufactured, one end of the flow guide pipe is cut into a curved surface capable of abutting against the to-be-repaired pipeline, and a flange plate is arranged at the other end; s3, the lifting platform is climbed, one end of the flow guide pipe abuts against the periphery of the leakage point, and then the flow guide pipe and the to-be-repaired pipeline are welded together; and S4, a flange blind plate or a flange connecting valve is installed at the other end of the backflow pipe. According to the under-pressure metal pipeline repairing method, a lifting platform is erected below a leakage point of a to-be-repaired pipeline, then a flow guide pipe is manufactured, and the leakage point of the pipeline is repaired by welding the flow guide pipe and the to-be-repaired pipeline together. The whole process is convenient, safe, efficient, flexible and controllable, the pipeline repairing quality can be guaranteed, the cost can be saved, and the method is suitable for pipeline repairing operation in the complex environment.

    本发明涉及管道修补技术领域,公开了一种带压金属管道修补方法,包括如下步骤:S1、在待修补管道的泄漏点下方搭设升降平台;S2、制作导流管,其一端切割为可抵接在待修补管道上的曲面,另一端设置法兰盘;S3、登上所述升降平台,将所述导流管的一端抵接在泄漏点的外周,再将导流管与待修补管道焊接在一起;S4、在所述倒流管的另一端安装法兰盲板或法兰连接阀门。该带压金属管道修补方法采用了在待修补管道的泄漏点下方搭设升降平台,再制作导流管,通过将导流管与待修补管道焊接在一起来对管道的泄漏点进行修补。整个过程便捷、安全、高效,且灵活可控,可保证管道修补质量,还可节省成本,适用于复杂环境下的管道修补作业。
