The invention discloses a pipeline interior repair grouting machine platform which comprises a grouting machine, rolling wheels are movably connected to the four corners of the bottom of the grouting machine, material pipes communicate with the left side and the right side of the front face of the grouting machine, clamping jaws are movably connected to the left side and the right side of the front face of the grouting machine through pin shafts, and the surfaces of the material pipes are sleeved with the sides, away from the grouting machine, of the clamping jaws. The two-way screw pushes the thread sleeve to move outwards through threads, the thread sleeve drives the sliding rod to slide in the sleeve plate in the moving process, the sleeve plate is extruded and drives the clamping jaws to oppositely swing with the pin shaft as the axis, and when the inner sides of the clamping jaws make contact with the surfaces of the pipelines, the effect that the multiple pipelines are extruded and fixed to the two ends of the material pipe at the same time is achieved; the problems that an existing grouting machine and a pipeline are connected in a single mode and generally connected through steel wire winding or U-shaped buckles, time and labor are wasted, the function of fixing a plurality of pipelines at the same time is not achieved, and the pipeline mounting and dismounting effect is poor are solved.

    本发明公开了一种管道内部修复注浆机器平台,包括注浆机,注浆机底部的四角均活动连接有滚轮,注浆机正面的左侧与右侧均连通有料管,注浆机正面的左侧与右侧均通过销轴活动连接有卡爪,卡爪远离注浆机的一侧套设在料管的表面。本发明通过双向螺杆利用螺纹推动螺套向外侧移动,螺套在移动过程中带动滑杆在套板的内部滑动,套板受到挤压并带动卡爪以销轴为轴心相向摆动,当卡爪的内侧与管道的表面接触时,达到将多个管道同时挤压固定在料管两端的效果,解决了现有注浆机器与管道的连接方式较为单一,一般通过钢丝缠绕或U形卡扣进行连接,费时费力,不具备同时固定多根管道的功能,而且管道安装拆卸效果低下的问题。
