The invention discloses a method for repairing a subsea pipeline floating block. The method comprises the following steps of: cleaning the section of the subsea pipeline floating block, adhering the cleaned section, forming a mounting groove which penetrates through the section and is used for mounting a reinforcing rib on the surface of the subsea pipeline floating block after an adhesive is cured, and mounting the reinforcing rib in the mounting groove. After mounting is completed, the subsea pipeline floating block is turned over, and the step of forming the mounting groove penetrating through the cross section in the surface of the subsea pipeline floating block is repeated on the other side face of the subsea pipeline floating block. According to the repairing method of the subsea pipeline floating block, after fracture surfaces are bonded, the mounting groove is formed in the surface of the subsea pipeline floating block, and the reinforcing rib is buried in the mounting groove.When the subsea pipeline floating block is subjected to a bending load, the reinforcing rib is stretched and deformed to resist the bending load, so that the bending strength of the repaired subsea pipeline floating block is improved, the risk of secondary breakage of the subsea pipeline floating block is reduced, and the repairing quality and stability of the subsea pipeline floating block are further improved.

    本发明公开了一种海管浮块的修复方法,首先清理海管浮块的断面,然后粘合清理后的断面,待粘合剂固化后在海管浮块的表面开设穿过断面、用以安装加强筋的安装槽,在安装槽中安装加强筋。安装完成后翻转海管浮块,在海管浮块的另一侧面重复在海管浮块的表面开设穿过断面的安装槽的步骤。海管浮块的修复方法在粘合断面后在海管浮块的表面开设安装槽,并在安装槽中埋设加强筋。当海管浮块受到弯曲载荷时,加强筋发生拉伸形变对抗弯曲载荷,提高了修复后的海管浮块的抗弯强度,降低了海管浮块发生二次断裂的风险,进而提高了海管浮块修复的质量及稳定性。
