The cooling method comprises the following steps that S1, the first temperature of a gun head cable outside the charging pile is obtained through a first temperature sensor, and the second temperature of an electronic device inside the charging pile is obtained through a second temperature sensor; s2, the first temperature is judged, if the first temperature is larger than the critical temperature, a water cooling mode is started, and if not, the second temperature is judged; and if the second temperature is higher than the critical temperature, an air cooling mode is started, and otherwise, a standby mode is started. The system comprises a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a water cooling assembly and an air cooling assembly, heat dissipation is performed by combining a heat exchanger and applying a natural coil pipe principle, so that the problem of insufficient refrigerating capacity of a high-magnification charging pile is solved, different heat dissipation modes can be switched and automatically adjusted, and the overall power consumption is further reduced.

    本发明公开一种具有风水冷组件的充电桩的冷却方法及系统,包括以下步骤:S1、通过第一温度传感器获取充电桩外部枪头线缆的第一温度,通过第二温度传感器获取充电桩内部电子器件的第二温度;S2、判断所述第一温度,若所述第一温度大于临界温度,则开启水冷模式,否则判断所述第二温度;若所述第二温度大于临界温度,则开启风冷模式,否则进入待机模式。系统中包括第一温度传感器、第二温度传感器、水冷组件和风冷组件,结合换热器,运用自然盘管原理进行散热,从而解决高倍率充电桩制冷量不足的问题,同时可切换与自动调节不同散热模式,进一步降低整体功耗。
